This exhibition focuses on a number of famous treasures related to the Jodo sect, covering the period from its founding to its great development with the adoption of the Tokugawa shogunate.

One of the highlights is the treasures of the Kanto Jodo sect temples. Kazunobu Kano, a painter at the end of the Edo period,10The complete set of ``500 Arhats'' housed in Zojoji Temple, which took many years to create.100Of the width,24Exhibiting width. Also on display is the ``Tokugawa Ieyasu Seated Statue'', an important cultural property that Ieyasu, who converted to the Jodo sect, had ordered built under his own direction.

One of the masterpieces of Buddhist painting created in the Kamakura period depicts the Amida Triad and saints coming to greet the dead who are sitting in the house on the lower right.3Full-scale repairs over a year have been completed. In addition, there is the ultimate paradise map with a legend woven from lotus thread, the national treasure "Tsuruori Taima Mandala" (part), the richly colored Edo mandala that is the largest and most detailed copy of the principal image, and the important cultural property "Taima Mandala" (Teikyo book)” is also on display.
