Where should we go during Golden Week? If you are thinking about this, why not visit Tokyo Station? TOKYO STATION MUSIC WEEK, an event where you can enjoy street piano and concerts, is being held until May 5th (Sunday/Holiday).

The first thing I would like to draw your attention to is the "Tokyo Station Piano," a street piano that will be installed for the second time at Tokyo Station. This year, the ``Golden Street Piano,'' which became a hot topic in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, has arrived in the Tokyo metropolitan area for the first time. Until May 2rd (Friday), it will be on display outside the JR Tokyo Station Yaesu Underground Central Exit ticket gate and in front of GRANSTA Yaesu B5 GODIVA café Tokyo, so be sure to check it out.

Another highlight is the Tokyo Station area concert of "La Folle Journée TOKYO 2024," a music festival held mainly at the Tokyo International Forum. Held at the same venue as Street Piano, jazz pianist Riyoko Takagi will appear on May 6th (Saturday) from 5:4 to 18:30 of the six performances. The jazz pianist, popular for his ever-changing improvisational performances, will lead the bass and drums in a special concert for this day only.

Now that it's the season to go out, why not spend a pleasant time wandering around Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace and surrendering to the music?
