To celebrate Thailand's National Day on December 12th, The Okura Tokyo will be holding a special fair for a limited time from December 5th (Thursday) to 12th (Wednesday), offering dishes that recreate the flavors and tastes of authentic Thailand.

Mr. Poovadol Chanasenee

The Okura Prestige Bangkok
The chef will be Poovador Chanasenee, executive sous chef of the Okura Prestige Bangkok, which won two Michelin Keys in the first Thai version of the Michelin Key Selection, announced in 2024.

The menu includes five dishes, such as a minced duck salad with a strong spiciness and fragrant flavor, a classic-style tom yum goong, and a massaman curry made with tender cheek meat that melts in your mouth. Not only can you enjoy the authentic flavors, but you can also not miss the sophisticated presentation that highlights Chanasenee's sensibility.
