At the Seiko House Hall in Wako, Ginza, they will be holding an exhibition called "Wako Saijiki Written in Art," which will display works by artists active in various fields. The exhibition will run from December 12th (Thurs) to 12th (Wed).

This year marks the sixth time the event has been held, and 6 artists active in the fields of ceramics, metalwork, dyeing and weaving, lacquerware, sculpture, painting, glass, bamboo crafts, and dolls will be participating, including Akiko Tomikawa, who will be presenting works using a clear blue glaze she has named "ice blue," Arisa Oguro, who creates wood carvings of "spherical beasts" that exaggerate the roundness of living creatures, and Sarasa Yoshioka, the sixth generation owner of Yoshioka Dyeing and Weaving Studio, which has been in business for 200 years since the Edo period.

400 works embodying the essence of all four seasons, including natural landscapes, adorable plants and animals, and works related to next year's zodiac sign, the snake, will be gathered together in one place, showcasing a wide range of techniques and individuality.
