Innovative Thai cuisine"SAAWAAN BISTRO" in Azabudai, Tokyo, which provides this dish, is collaborating with "KITI PANIT", a Michelin-listed restaurant in Chiang Mai, to hold the "Chiang Mai Fair" from March 3st to 1st, where diners can enjoy the bounty of northern Thailand.

"KITI PANIT"
Thai cuisine can be divided into four regional cuisines: the central region centered around the capital Bangkok; the southern region including Phuket; the northern region including Chiang Mai; and the northeastern region known as "Isan." However, cuisine in northern Thailand, including Chiang Mai, is mild in flavor and is characterized by the use of aromatic spices such as herbs and dried spices that grow in the great outdoors.
