On certain days during Golden Week, Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo will be holding two hands-on classes that the whole family can enjoy: "Table Manners Class for the Whole Family" and "Bread and Sweets Making Class & Lunch Buffet."
The "Family Table Manners Class" is an experiential class taught by nationally qualified hotel staff, where participants learn about table manners in restaurants where you eat with knives and forks, and in formal settings. Parents and children can learn about manners for enjoying a delicious meal together, using adult knives and forks while eating a special French course that has been designed to be easy for children to eat with, how to use napkins, how to sit on a chair, and how to talk while eating.
In the "Bread and Sweets Making Experience Class & Lunch Buffet," you can wear a chef's hat and enjoy the experience of being a baker, with the hotel's chef helping you shape the bread and make two types of brownies. You can take home the bread and brownies you make as souvenirs. After the experience, you can also enjoy a lunch buffet filled with seasonal delicacies.
During the period, visitors can enjoy the fantastical scenery of 100 colorful carp streamers dancing in the "Tokyo Sea of Clouds," one of the largest fog displays in Japan. This year, carp streamers have also been added to the Yusui Pond, located in the center of the garden, so visitors can get up close and take commemorative photos with the impressive carp streamers.
Why not create some wonderful memories during Golden Week with your children?
