Refreshing melon is the star of the dish: "Melon Afternoon Tea"

The French bistro "Maison Marunouchi" at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi will be hosting a "Melon Afternoon Tea" offering a luxurious taste of early summer from Friday, May 5th to Sunday, June 16th.



The dessert, made with three types of melon carefully selected by Executive Pastry Chef Patrick Thibaud, centered around fragrant muskmelon, will add a refreshing touch to any early summer tea stand, with melons of different colors and aromas.

One of the most popular is the "Melon Panna Cotta," which is made by layering smooth panna cotta with melon jelly and fresh melon. The light, melt-in-your-mouth panna cotta brings out the mellow sweetness of the fresh melon, creating a rich flavor.
