“DENTO Dento” is a program aimed at encouraging and supporting Japanese traditional craftspeople.

The survival of traditional Japanese crafts is at risk due to a decrease in demand due to recent lifestyle changes and a lack of successors. ``DENTO Dento'' connects travelers and craftsmen through travel, and aims to revitalize traditional crafts and pass them on to the future. The "Young Craftsman Support (Apprentice Training) Program" targets corporations, individuals, and organizations (including voluntary organizations) that are willing to accept the next generation of craftsmen and artists and pass on traditional techniques.
