The tea salon on the second floor of Wako Annex will be serving up a new seasonal parfait,"Amazing""Parfait - Autumn Walk" will be available until October 10st (Thursday), with a limit of 31 servings per day.
The chef's masterpiece, which uses a lavish array of autumn flavors including "Mikuri" chestnuts from Kumamoto Prefecture, known as the finest Japanese chestnuts, is a multi-layered glass parfait topped with a Japanese chestnut Mont Blanc, making it an amazing look, texture, and taste.
Under the Mont Blanc, which is decorated with a yuzu tuile, are chestnut ice cream and caramel ice cream, and underneath that are Japanese chestnut cream, crispy pie crust, and mellow fresh cream, so you'll never get bored of the diverse tastes and textures that appear as you eat it. In addition, the bottom of the glass is filled with a jelly made from Japanese black tea and diced apples, allowing you to enjoy the harmony of the moderate sweetness of the chestnut and apple and the elegant aroma of the Japanese black tea.
There is also a mechanism that allows you to customize the parfait and cake to your liking. On the plate is a crispy and fragrant cacao streusel, and in the glass are three special sauces: persimmon, sabayon (Western liquor), and mitarashi. You can customize your parfait or cake by adding these as toppings to your liking.
""Amazing"The "Parfait - Autumn Walk" will be available until October 10st (Thursday), with only 31 parfaits available per day. Why not stop by during your stroll around Ginza?
