Le Biscuit Alain Ducasse, a biscuit specialty store run by Alain Ducasse, the French chef with the most Michelin stars in the world, has opened its first store in the world in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, following its flagship store in Paris.
The store, which is a replica of the main store in Paris, is lined with "biscuit cuisine" (biscuits made to order) that pursue the deliciousness envisioned by taste master Alain Ducasse.
