HEAVENSAKE, a sake created by the famous French champagne brewer Régis Camus through an assemblage of sake produced by traditional Japanese breweries, has arrived in Japan. It is now on sale at IMADEYA stores and the IMADEYA ONLINE STORE.
Assemblage is a blending technique that carefully layers different flavors together to create a harmonious and refined taste, like composing music. Through this process, HEAVENSAKE aims to elevate the sake experience to new heights.
Regis Camus was a pioneer who introduced assemblage to sake brewing for the first time in 2016, and his "HEAVENSAKE" sake, created using this innovative technique, is loved by many sake connoisseurs for its complexity and playfulness.

Currently, there are two types available for purchase in Japan. "LABEL NOIR Junmai Daiginjo" by Niizawa Brewery, a long-established brewery in Miyagi Prefecture founded in 2, is characterized by a refreshing acidity. Meanwhile, "LABEL ORANGE Junmai Daiginjo" by Saura Co., Ltd., also known as the brewery behind "Urakasumi," has a smooth mouthfeel and dry taste. Both are pure rice sakes that are free of gluten, sulfites, preservatives, and brewer's alcohol.
Japan's "traditional sake brewing" has been selected for inclusion in the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage list, and France's assemblage technique. "HEAVENSAKE," born from the fusion of these two cultures, is also recommended as a gift for the end-of-year and New Year's parties where leftists gather.
