Wako Annex Tea Salon's new "SHIKI Parfait"

The Ginza Wako Annex Tea Salon will be introducing the new "SHIKI Parfait," where you can enjoy chocolate parfaits for each of the four seasons. The cake and chocolate shop will also be selling "SHIKI Chocolat Frais" in conjunction with the "SHIKI Parfait."

The first of these, "SHIKI Parfait -HARU-", is a visually gorgeous dish that will let you enjoy spring to the fullest. In addition to the refreshing flavor of cherry blossoms, the dish is layered with carefully selected ingredients such as raspberry sorbet, strawberry compote, and cherry jelly, allowing you to encounter a variety of flavors as you eat.

The chocolate ice cream and chocolate-flavored fresh cream that form the core of the flavor are made in-house using chocolate from France. As a pioneer of Japanese chocolatiers, you can enjoy Wako's chocolate, which has inherited the traditions and manufacturing methods that have been preserved for over 30 years.

The "SHIKI Chocolat Frais -HARU-" lined up in the cake and chocolate shop on the first floor comes in two varieties: "Sakura," which is a light harmony of cherry blossom flavor and milk flavor, and "Matcha and Houjicha," which allows you to enjoy the flavors of matcha and roasted green tea at the same time.

This product, which allows you to fully enjoy the natural deliciousness of chocolate while feeling the spring, will be on sale for a limited time until May 5th (Sun). Be sure to enjoy this limited-time flavor.
