Cosme Decorte, which aims to create a society where all genders can shine as they are, will hold the DECORTÉ "KIHIN to the future" exhibition at "Maison KOSÉ Ginza" to display works by female artisans active in the field of traditional crafts, in conjunction with International Women's Day on March 3. The exhibition will run until March 8 (Mon).

COSME DECORTE has always pursued its own unique craftsmanship and has always treasured the pride it takes in the craftsmanship of its products. In order to ensure that Japanese craftsmanship is passed on to future generations, COSME DECORTE supports female artisans involved in traditional culture. The brand website has a special page called "KIHIN to the future" where they feature interviews and works of 10 female artisans, and are working to support their social recognition and improvement of their status.

DECORTÉ's "KIHIN to the future" exhibition is currently displaying the works of 10 female artisans featured on the special page. Various genres of crafts such as Edo Kiriko, Karatsu ware, Ise Netsuke, Nishijin weaving, and mother-of-pearl are on display.
