Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store Salon de Cafe has released a limited-time menu that allows you to taste seasonal strawberries.

Available until Sunday, March 3th are parfaits and desserts made with three types of strawberries: "Marihime" from Wakayama Prefecture, which is large and juicy; "Yayoihime" from Gunma Prefecture, which has an exquisite balance of sweetness and sourness; and "Ookimi" from Miyazaki Prefecture, which has a mild sourness and outstanding sweetness.

Strawberries will also be making an appearance in the monthly staple "Croissant Fruit Sandwich." The dish, which mainly uses Gunma Prefecture-grown "Yayoihime" strawberries and the strawberry of the day as well as a few other kinds of fruit, is served with rare, natural, unheated honey from the "Hamonii Beekeeping Club."

Other items on the menu include a dessert plate featuring fraisier pastries made from "Marihime" rice from Wakayama Prefecture, known for its sweet aroma, and a savarin that fills your mouth with the aroma of citrus.
