Nadaman, which was founded 195 years ago, offers carefully selected ingredients such as brand-name pork and fresh scallops that can even be eaten raw, deep-fried in "Tahihaku sesame oil" to bring out the richness and flavor. The batter is coated with strong flour and egg yolk, so you can enjoy a crispy texture even after a while.

The sauces available include "Chu-no Sauce," which uses soy sauce as a subtle flavor for a deep Japanese taste; "Saikyo Yuzu Miso Sauce," made from Kyoto Saikyo miso and Nadaman Yuzu Miso Dressing; as well as a variety of other flavors, including Western mustard and salt.

Additionally, the set meal menu will feature specialties unique to Nadaman, such as the fluffy and creamy egg sauce, which can be served on top of pork cutlet or rice to enjoy a taste similar to that of a rice bowl, and miso soup made with fragrant dashi stock that is carefully prepared daily.

The interior of the restaurant is decorated with portraits and kumadori designs based on the theme of "Yoshitsune Senbonzakura," creating a space that harmonizes with Minamiza, Japan's oldest theater. It is within walking distance of Kyoto's most famous tourist spots, making it easy to stop by in between sightseeing in Kyoto.
