The newly launched lunch menu, like the dinner menu, will feature a luxurious selection of seasonal ingredients, including appetizers such as "Monaka foie gras, apple confiture, and smoked daikon radish," "Abalone kadaif frites with caviar," and "Sachinokuni Farm cherry meat tartare," as well as creative dishes available only at lunchtime, such as "Japanese Black Beef Hamburger Steak," "Japanese Black Beef Hayashi Rice," and "Japanese Beef Fillet Cutlet Sandwich."
