The tea salon on the second floor of Wako Annex will be serving up a summer-only chocolate parfait called "SHIKI Parfait -NATSU-". It will be available for a limited time only from June 2st (Sun) to August 6st (Sun). Also, keep an eye out for "SHIKI Chocolat Frais -NATSU-", which will be released at the same time at the cake and chocolate shop on the first floor.

The "SHIKI Parfait -NATSU-" is based on white chocolate and layered with tropical fruits such as mango, passion fruit, coconut, and lime, expressing the lightness and sweet depth of summer.

The top is decorated with a sunflower motif, and the layers of ingredients, such as homemade white chocolate ice cream, lime-flavored meringue, feuilletine, and cacao pulp sorbet, are also a highlight. The taste and texture change as you eat it, and you will continue to be surprised and impressed until the last bite.

"SHIKI Chocolat Frais -NATSU-" comes in two varieties: "Coco Citron Vert" and "Mango Passion." "Coco Citron Vert" is a single piece that spreads the refreshing scent of coconut and lime. By sprinkling lime juice not only on the ganache but also on the crunchy coconut and drying it, you can enjoy the aroma and flavor of lime that hits your nose.

The other, "Mango Passion," is a chocolate frais made with mango ganache and passion fruit pâté. The freshness of the fruit blends with the depth of chocolate to create a summery chocolate frais.
