Philippe Mille Tokyo, a French restaurant located on the top floor of Tokyo Midtown Garden Terrace, will be offering a special cherry blossom-themed course called "Menu SAKURA" from Friday, March 13th to Thursday, April 30th.

The annual "Menu SAKURA" is inspired by the sight of cherry blossoms in full bloom and was created by Philippe Mille andIt will be created in collaboration with Chef Tetsuya Nakamura of Philippe Mille Tokyo.

The appetizer is a spring-like dish of red sea bream carpaccio, the flavor of which has been brought out by being cured with kelp, topped with red radish and chioggia beets layered like flower petals.
