Located on the 38th to 43rd floors of the Akasaka Trust Tower, this hotel offers panoramic views of the Imperial Palace Outer Garden and Tokyo Tower. As a "sky sanctuary" where you can feel close to nature while being in the heart of the city, it presents a new kind of hospitality through innovative dining and wellness experiences, and a philosophy of sustainable luxury.

The building incorporates lush green walls, a lobby space reminiscent of a tree canopy, and a layout that enhances the views. Based on the philosophy of "bringing the outdoors into the indoors," it offers a tranquility that makes you forget the hustle and bustle of the city and a sense of being immersed in nature.

All 211 guest rooms feature biophilic art using preserved moss and recycled pallets, interiors crafted by Japanese artisans, and carefully selected plants, creating a minimalist yet warm and inviting space. Some rooms also offer views of the Imperial Palace Outer Garden and the Tokyo skyline.

The restaurant complex comprises three dining facilities. The signature restaurant, "NiNi," offers cuisine that blends the elegance of the French Riviera with Japanese aesthetics. It utilizes a Josper grill oven that uses only natural charcoal as a heat source, resulting in delicate flavors that bring out the best in meat, seafood, and vegetables. The changing atmosphere throughout the day is another appealing feature.

Spotted Stone, which boasts one of the largest collections of over 50 types of Japanese craft gins in Tokyo, can be used not only as a bar but also as a lounge during the day, where you can enjoy light meals and afternoon tea.
In addition, "Neighbors Café" offers artisan-brewed coffee, organic matcha from "THE MATCHA TOKYO," a popular shop in Harajuku, Tokyo, as well as healthy food and sweets. It serves as a place to foster relaxed connections not only with guests but also with the local community.
For wellness facilities, the hotel has introduced "Bamford Wellness Spa," originating from the UK. It offers programs that combine traditional techniques such as shiatsu and reflexology with modern therapies to harmonize mind and body. Furthermore, it features a 24-hour fitness area and an indoor pool bathed in natural light, designed to make the stay itself a retreat.
In terms of sustainability, the facility has obtained the "CASBEE S rank" environmental performance rating in Japan. Environmental considerations are thoroughly implemented from design to operation, including the use of recycled materials, reduction of plastics, and water-saving systems.
Located in the heart of the city, yet enveloped in nature and tranquility, "1 Hotel Tokyo" offers a new kind of stay experience. It seems poised to become a new landmark, embodying the future of luxury.
