Kyoto's "Kinobi House" pop-up bar makes its debut in Tokyo.

2026.6.13

Open for a limited time until the end of October at the JW Marriott Hotel Tokyo.

A pop-up bar called "Ki No Bi Room," where you can experience the world of the brand's home, "Ki No Bi House," while savoring "Ki No Bi," a Japanese craft gin from Kyoto, has opened at "4-0-3 (Four-O-Three)," a hidden bar in the JW Marriott Hotel Tokyo in Takanawa. It will be open for a limited time until the end of October 2026.

Ki No Bi is a Japanese craft gin originating in Kyoto, made by categorized 11 botanicals, including yuzu, gyokuro tea, and sansho pepper from Kyoto, into six elements according to their characteristics, distilling each individually, and then blending them.

Seasonal Tea Martini

During the event, in a space overflowing with the world of Ki No Bi, several special cocktails using "Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin," "Ki No Tea Kyoto Dry Gin," and "Ki No Bi Sei Kyoto Dry Gin," which make the most of Kyoto's botanical flavors and seasonality, will be offered, with the menu changing every two months.

Ki no Bi Matcha Tonic

Throughout June, coinciding with the new tea season, three cocktails themed around "tea," one of the botanicals in "Ki no Bi," will be available. Enjoy the "Ki no TEA Martini," which is full of the aroma of chilled green tea and made with "Ki no TEA Kyoto Dry Gin"; the fragrant "Ki no Bi Matcha Tonic," which combines "Ki no Bi Kyoto Dry Gin" with matcha; and the "Ki no Bi Sei Groni," which harmonizes the tartness of yuzu with the richness of milk and made with "Ki no Bi Sei Kyoto Dry Gin."

Kinomi Seigroni

Additionally, on Friday, June 26th, there will be an exclusive seminar and cocktail event featuring Masashi "Marcy" Sakuma, the global ambassador for Ki no Bi. (The seminar is by reservation only.)
