At "Tea Lounge Kafu," the all-day dining restaurant at "The Kitano Hotel Tokyo," they are currently offering afternoon tea sets that change with the seasons. This time, a new menu item, "Summer Garden Afternoon Tea," has been introduced and will be available until the end of August.
The afternoon tea set at "Tea Lounge Kafu" features gluten-free sweets and savory items. It has garnered widespread support not only for its health benefits but also for its high quality, prioritizing deliciousness above all else.
The new menu item, "Summer Garden Afternoon Tea," is a Kitano-style set that combines the bright image of the season with the charm of a Japanese summer.
The menu features eight sweets and five savory items, primarily using summery ingredients such as kuzu mochi with melon, melon shortcake, passion fruit yokan, white peach mousse, buckwheat galette with summer vegetable ratatouille, and rice flour pancakes with prosciutto and melon. Furthermore, ingredients like Yoshino kudzu and perilla leaves are incorporated, creating a mix of different flavors, aromas, and textures that can be enjoyed lightly from start to finish.
Why not enjoy a refreshing afternoon in a tranquil space reminiscent of a tea room?
