This grand gala dinner commemorating the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Relais & Châteaux Japan branch will be held at Miraiza Osaka, a historical building in Osaka Castle Park, where celebrities from all over the country will gather.
``Relais & Châteaux'' is a worldwide organization that was established in France in 1954, and only first-class hotels and restaurants that have passed strict screening are allowed to become members. ``Relais & Châteaux'' brought the spirit of France to the world, and ``SENSAI'' made a triumphant return to Japan after receiving high praise mainly in Europe. At the venue, there was a corner imitating the open-air tea ceremony seats and product booths, where the AS series of SENSAI products were displayed.

At the end of the gourmet dinner, a pure white furoshiki wrapper emblazoned with the SENSAI logo was brought to each table. The paulownia wood box exudes elegance when you unwrap it. From among them, a carbonated foam lotion called ``Sensai AS Micro Mousse Treatment S'' appeared. Some guests even put it on their hands and tried it right away, drawing attention to the lotion's thick, cocoon-like foam. It was an unexpected surprise time when you could experience the treatment as it melts into your skin as soon as you press it on your skin.

When I got my hands on it right away, I was surprised by the texture of the foamy lotion.
It was a surprise gift to decorate a memorable gala dinner.
What made this impression and aftertaste even more surprising was the dessert that appeared at the end of the course. “Oeuf à la Neige SENSAI” is created by Asuka Otowa, a pastry chef at Otowa Restaurant, a member of Relais & Châteaux. This is a pale and deep dessert that expresses SENSAI's silky and dense foam with fromage blanc mousse, the refreshing scent with citrus sauce and jelly, and the ephemeral white color with vanilla ice cream. A traditional French dish was prepared in SENSAI's image, and the gourmet feast ended with delicate and beautiful flavors.
