"Osei" is one of the most difficult-to-read surnames in Ishikawa Prefecture. It is known that the O family home was in Maruyama Village, Kaga Province, which is now Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture.



This family is said to be descendants of Prince Kusakabe, and has run a barber shop for generations, calling themselves "Shoemon."



It is not clear what the meaning or origin of the surname "Wang Sheng" is.



There is also a surname that is written as "Mibu" and pronounced "Ikurumi," which is well known as a place name in Kyoto Prefecture and other areas, and it is thought that there may be a connection to this surname.

"Osei" is a family name that is pronounced "Ikurumi". It is a rare family name with only about 100 people in Ishikawa Prefecture and less than 300 people in the whole of Japan.
