A pleasant evening with a cool early autumn breeze. A mysterious white food stall appeared at the intersection of Ginza 4-chome. The person in charge is Shotaro Jinjo. Long-haired, slim, and with the appearance of a samurai, he walked leisurely down Ginza's Chuo-dori Street, giving off an aura that made him seem like he came from another dimension.

Somewhere tonight too
White food stall opens
A mysterious white stall known to those who love Tokyo at night. TWILLO, a bar that calls itself a mobile salon, moves around Tokyo at will and decides where to spend the night. If you tweet about your whereabouts that day after 22 p.m., people will come quietly. On the night the restaurant opened in Sukiyabashi Park, Mr. Jinjo was eating his fill before work at Manpuku Shokudo under the guardrail of Yurakucho Station.
Mr. Jinjo crosses the Sukiyabashi intersection and heads towards Manpuku Shokudo. The beauty of the light of "Ginza Maison Hermès" is beautiful. Because he moves only by human power, the distance he can travel in a day is not very long.
At 7pm, we had a drink at a table on the street where people were coming and going after work.
With Mischel, the owner of Manpuku Shokudo. The current Yurakucho Station guard was constructed in 41. The atmosphere of those days still remains.

``7pm is the time when workers relax with a drink and tourists enjoy dinner. If the night is a story, Manpuku Shokudo is the restaurant that starts the night. My bar is in charge of the end of the night portion, from midnight until dawn. That's the feeling." Mr. Jinjo, who is like a hermit, and Ms. Michelle, the cute hostess of Manpuku Shokudo, are like angels who accompany various people at night in the city.
Manpuku Shokudo's famous dish ``Whole Chicken with Honey'' (limited to 5 servings).
"Neapolitan + fried egg" recreates the nostalgic taste of the Showa era.
Every night is an adventure
When the white food stalls head towards Ginza
the heart seeks purification
After graduating from a national university, I took a complete turn from my life as a banker and decided to quit my job as a corporate employee in order to live a life that was free, independent, and allowed me to express my worldview. ``I grew up in a peaceful area in Nagano Prefecture, and when I was a child I would stare out the window during class. My favorite word that I wrote in my graduation essay book was adventure. Now that I think about it, every night is an adventure.'' My dream has come true perfectly and I am satisfied.” However, freedom comes with sacrifice, and it can sometimes leave you feeling depressed. At times like that, I head to Ginza. "Chuo-dori in Ginza, especially in front of the Wako Clock Tower, is a place where you can purify yourself."
Mr. Jinjo says that when he sees Wako, he feels the same feeling of cleansing that he felt when he saw the mountains of his hometown.

Fantastic temple for one night
The world of fairy tales is here
After operating as a street bar for many years, the bar has been pared down, with only one type of hard liquor being served, and on some nights Calvados is served. From the beginning, both the glass and decanter were made of Baccarat crystal. Since it is served straight, some regulars bring a bottle of water with them to act as a chaser. ``I want you to remember a world you had forgotten when you spend a moment at this food stall.Just as Tokyo Tower shines with light every night until dawn, this shop is always lit somewhere in Tokyo.'' It's like a light shining in someone's heart, encouraging someone.
The bar will open under the watchful eye of Taro Okamoto's work ``Young Clock Tower'' in Sukiyabashi Park.
The glasses are made by Baccarat. They will choose what is suitable for that person.
Tonight's topic is "Zasso." I decided to do this after seeing the weeds blooming vigorously in the gorgeous Ginza 4-chome.
``TWILLO'' has been described as a piece of contemporary art in itself, and is said to be like a tea room where anyone can feel at ease regardless of their title or background. On a moonlit night, the simple white stalls are lit with candles, crystals shine, and most of the people are silent, a place filled with silence. This place looks like a temple. Mr. Jinjo is influenced by one word: nature. Inside the cool people who live in the city, there is a magnificent and refreshing view of the nature and mountains of their hometown of Nagano, and that may be why they are able to remain unwavering here in Ginza.
Shotaro Kamijo
Owner of "TWILLO". Born in Nagano Prefecture in 1972. After graduating from the Department of International Economics, Faculty of Economics, Yokohama National University, he worked at a bank and retired after two years. After working part-time and as a public secretary for a member of the House of Representatives, he started the mobile salon "TWILLO" in August 2006 near Gaienmae, Aoyama. They announce their location on Twitter after 8pm and stay open until dawn. Every night, we decide on a topic that comes to mind, such as ``Rainbow'' or ``Tsubo,'' and we talk about it. Many guests spend their time alone and quietly. He said he chose the store's name because he liked the way it sounded. The price is decided and paid by the customer. The first day of September 10 was the 2019th day of my adventure, and I was along Kajibashi Street, on the border between Kyobashi and Hatchobori.

Manpuku Shokudo Tokyo Bar & Restaurant
An izakaya that serves delicious food until dawn. The inside of the store has a pop mural, and the outside walls are decorated with old signs and movie posters, giving you a taste of the Showa era. The unique location under the Yurakucho station guardrail is also attractive. With a wide variety of dishes ranging from ramen (only available late at night) to Neapolitan, the restaurant attracts guests from all over the world, and the menu is also priced in dollars.
Whole chicken with honey (half size) 1,186 yen, tuna carpaccio with salad 826 yen, etc. A rare restaurant where you can eat lunch from 15pm.
