The company's history began as a company that manufactured and sold souvenirs such as soap and potpourri from lavender in Furano, Hokkaido. Although he had undertaken OEM work for well-known brands, he wanted to break away from that and go one step further, and his passion for manufacturing grew. In 2009, with the idea of ​​``creating things that we really want to use,'' we launched our own brand LAUREL, which became the origin of SHIRO's current leap forward.

When the brand first started, they actively collected and incorporated high-quality natural materials from all over the world.
