A lobby filled with the scent of music, art, and coffee
ACE HOTEL KYOTO inherits this DNA, with the concept of East Meets West. The interior design was supervised by Commune Design, which has worked on several ACE HOTEL projects. Works by artists from both Japan and the American West Coast, crafts by craftsmen, and local materials are scattered throughout the museum. The typography that colors the entire piece was designed by dyer Sayaro Yuzuki. The warm, hand-drawn design will enliven your travel spirit. There are also tapestries with designs of the Japanese archipelago here and there. When you enter through the main entrance guided by the hotel logo designed by Yuzuki, you are greeted by the iconic lobby.
