La Maison de la Nature Gou always creates innovative and original French cuisine. Born in Fukuoka Prefecture in 1971. He began his career in French cuisine in high school, and after training at Fukuoka's ``Ile de France'' and ``Mercury Cafe,'' he opened his own restaurant, ``La Maison de la Nature Gou,'' in Nishinakasu in 2002. In 2016, she was ranked in Asia's 50 Best Restaurants for the first time. In 2021, it was ranked 50th in "Asia's 30 Best Restaurants", a significant improvement from 2020, which is still fresh in our minds.
