Chef Hiroe Higuchi
The executive chef of the long-established Shima Kanko Hotel, which has been in business for 70 years. It is still fresh in my memory that I was in charge of the working dinner at the 2016 Ise-Shima Summit and entertained VIPs from around the world. He regularly visits nearby producers,While learning humbly, we express the delicacies of the sea and mountains of Ise-Shima. Speaking of Chef Higuchi, his pasteurization is extremely popular. He inherited his master, Chef Tadayuki Takahashi's specialty, ``Abalone Steak.'' Born in Mie Prefecture. He entered the Ecole Tsuji Osaka Tsuji French-Italian Cuisine Master's College and majored in Western cuisine. In 1991, she got a job at Shima Kanko Hotel. In 1994, she became the chef at the restaurant ``Alcazar'' at Hotel Shima Spain Village. In 2008, she became the chef at La Mer, a French restaurant located in the Bay Suites. In 2014, he became the executive chef in charge of the five restaurants and bars within the hotel. At the "G7 Ise-Shima Summit 2016", he was in charge of the working dinner. In 2017, she became the first woman and the first person in Mie Prefecture to win the 8th Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Culinary Masters Bronze Award. She preserves and evolves the tradition of French cuisine based on seafood.
