Owner and chef of Hiroo's innovative French restaurant ``Aude.'' He believes that ``chefs are creators,'' and expresses his ideal worldview through cooking. He also pays attention to the quality of the ingredients produced by Japanese producers, and uses only domestically produced vegetables that are clearly visible to the producers. Born in Tokyo in 1975. After graduating from high school, he aspired to pursue a career in music, but later found interest in cooking, and began serious training at the age of 25. In 2017, he became independent and opened "Ode" in Hiroo, Tokyo, where he became the owner and chef.
