After gaining experience at famous Chinese and Japanese restaurants, he opened Chazenka in Minami-Azabu, Tokyo in 2017. We offer ``Japanese Chinese cuisine'' that takes advantage of both the bold ``flavor'' of Chinese cuisine and the deep and nutritious ``deliciousness'' of Japanese cuisine. The new Chinese cuisine, which uses domestic ingredients and is tailored to Japan's climate and tastes, has been highly praised around the world, and the 2021 edition has been awarded three Michelin stars. Maintains 3 Michelin stars in 2022. It was ranked 3th in the 2022 "Best Restaurants in Asia". It has been rising in rankings year by year, and has established a solid presence in the global and Asian gastronomy world.
Born in 1982 in Tochigi Prefecture. After graduating from a local high school, he entered the Tokyo Culinary College, specializing in Chinese cuisine. While he was still in school, he started working part-time at Azabu Nagae and joined the company after graduation. After leaving the company in 2010, she joined Ryugin. In 2014, she became the sous chef of Taiwan's "Shoun Ryugin". He left the company in 2016 and opened Chazenka the following year. Earned 2017 Michelin stars from 19 to 2, 2020 stars in 3, and will maintain 2022 stars in 3. In 2019, it was ranked in "Asia's Best Restaurants" for the first time, and in 2020 it was ranked 29th. He achieved 2021th place in 12 and 2022th place in 11.
