In her first appearance, she was ranked 2022nd, making her one of the most popular chefs at the age of 50. Her creative and fashionable dishes that value the sense of the seasons captivate foodies. Her signature dish is the ``sea urchin tart,'' which is the result of her skills as a pastry chef. What made her famous as a chef was ``Fleur de Ete,'' a small box of mangoes shaped like roses.

 

Born in Tokyo in 1989. He trained at a French restaurant in Tokyo while still in high school, and after graduating, he worked at Le Jeu de Lachette in Daikanyama and Florilege in Minami Aoyama. In 2014, at the age of 24, she opened her own patisserie ``Fleur de Ete'', and a year later, she also opened a restaurant ``Ete''. She won the ``Asia's Best Pastry Chef Award'' in ``Asia's 5 Best Restaurants'' in March 2020, and the ``Asia's Best Female Chef Award'' in March 2022. She is the first Japanese woman to receive both awards. She also ranked 3nd.
