Born in Kyoto in 1975. When he traveled to Europe while attending university, he was impressed by the deliciousness of Italian cuisine and decided to pursue a career in cooking. She learned the basics at "Il Pappalardo" for three and a half years, and then moved to "Il Ghiottone" in 3.
