POLA THE BEAUTY GINZA, this stunning boutique salon opened in 2009, near the Yurakucho Line, Ginza-Itchome Station. Ginza-Itchome is a business area near Kyobashi and Tokyo Station, but has a calm atmosphere with many art galleries scattered throughout the area. The boutique’s marvelous interiors with flow lines and ceiling art objects were designed by the French designer, Jean-Philippe Nuel. The design is based on the image of the modern women’s purity and natural beauty. The window displays are often linked to the exhibition held at the Pola Museum Annex on the Third Floor.

The boutique’s artistic atmosphere expresses the another side of POLA, as a company owning art museums. On the ground floor, customers are welcomed to experience the latest skincare product lineups such as the White Shot LX and White Shot MX, a whitening cosmetic product containing PCE-DP, a new whitening active which obtained approval after a decade-long research. Customers can also experience the industry’s first skin analyzer using AI & video analysis technology. The analyzer examines the customer’s skin type and selects the most suitable APEX product to their skin from 8.62 million skin patterns. APEX is POLA’s personalized skincare brand which ensures the best product for the customer’s skin type.

The beauty salon is located on the basement level of the POLA boutique and offers a wide range of skilled treatments from facial to body care, as well as a pre-bridal package. The treatment rooms are individual spaces with a calm and relaxed atmosphere. at SOFINA’s epicenter of beauty where the latest skin analyzers are gathered.

The area around Ginza-Yonchome’s intersection is where the locals and tourists come for shopping. By taking a right turn at the Apple Store with Ginza-Itchome to your back, you will find a futuristic glass building which is SOFINA Beauty Power Station, the epicenter of Kao Cooperation’s beauty knowledge. The “Beauty Power Lesson” (120 minutes for 3,000 Yen, Reservation are Required) is held at the personal lesson studio equipped with the latest facial skin analyzers to examines the 8 factors of the skin such as moisture levels, ceramide levels, texture and clarity. Based on these results, the personal beauty expert provides a skincare lecture individually.

The personal beauty expert gives a lecture about skincare procedures. After the lecture, the makeups equipped at the salon can be tried on.

The personal beauty experts provide skincare advice based on the future predictions from the skin analyzers. Their two hour lesson is customized to help solve any needs and concerns with skincare by providing information about appropriate amount and procedures for applying skincare products. This is the salon where SOFINA’s professional skincare lesson and skin analyze can be experienced.
