Wako Main Store, a beloved landmark in Ginza, has moved on to a new stage. The final stage of the renovation project, which has been underway in stages since 2020, is the reopening of the 3rd and 4th floors, "Style Square," on July 18th. Following the 1st and 2nd floors, which handle watches and jewelry, and the basement, which showcases art and culture, this newly created floor proposes new experiences that enrich life through "fashion."
"Style Square" - Discover your own unique style in a space bathed in light.
The first thing that captivates you upon entering is the sense of openness. Abundant natural light streams in through the large windows, making the store surprisingly bright. There's none of the tension often associated with luxury boutiques; instead, you can leisurely browse the merchandise while enveloped in soft light.
Even more striking is the window space facing the Ginza 4-chome intersection. The gently curving form, which makes the most of the building's exterior, gives it a soft, modern look. Spending time there, gazing at the Ginza cityscape through the glass, gives you the comfortable feeling of being invited to the home of a stylish friend. This space, which is both modern and warm, is a major attraction of "Style Square."
On the third floor, a space is created where Wako's original brands and domestic and international brands beautifully resonate with each other, focusing on bags, shoes, accessories, and handkerchiefs. In addition to Wako's original brands such as "SUIHA," "MANACO," and "WAKO NEW CLOSET," a selection of domestic and international brands such as "Joseph Duclos," "Luniform," "Sophie Bille Brahe," and "Maison des Perles" are lined up, allowing customers to enjoy styling with free-spirited ideas.
The popular original bags "SUIHA" are displayed on the 3rd floor. You can enjoy a relaxed shopping experience bathed in natural light pouring in from the Ginza 4-chome intersection.
Wako's handkerchief section is also well-stocked, with many people saying, "It has to be this one!" whether they're buying it for themselves or as a gift.
On the 4th floor, you'll find apparel, bespoke clothing, eyewear, and more, offering styles that cater to each individual's lifestyle. In addition to Wako originals such as "PURE CRAFT" and "WAKO NEW CLOSET," the floor features a diverse range of domestic and international brands including "SASFI," "NANA POSE," "LOHE," "YAMAUCHI," and "AHLEM," enriching the adult wardrobe.
With this renovation, Wako aimed for more than just a simple redesign of its sales floor. It wanted to be a place where customers could not only purchase products, but also enjoy the process of discovering their own unique style while connecting with the background of how things are made and the passion of the creators. The "Style Square" is the space that symbolizes this new shopping experience.

From design to material selection, everything is handled in-house, giving shape to Wako's unique values. With the value of "not for anyone else, but for yourself," this collection is a new proposal for adults who seek a garment that will be loved for generations.

The "SUIHA" bag series embodies Japanese aesthetics in every detail.
On the third floor, Wako's original bag series "SUIHA" also makes a strong impression. The handbags, with their lustrous leather and refined form, subtly incorporate the traditional Japanese pattern "Tatewaku" into the clasps and stitching on the bottom, expressing a uniquely Japanese aesthetic. They are 2-way bags that can be used as a single-handle bag or as a shoulder bag with the included strap, and are thoughtfully designed for storage and usability. The ability to coordinate the pieces with the bags is another unique charm of this collection.
